MERLIN
New Placement 50+ is a consulting service, which deals with people
exclusively aged 50 years and over, and who are searching for an easier
way into a new vocation/career.
At
the start, your situation will be analysed together with experienced
consultants and then your personal application strategy will be developed.
In the framework of implementation coaching, your consultant will
accompany you through all the phases of your application as well as the
first 100 days after the commencement of your employment.
Together
with the AMS Vorarlberg (Job Market Service Vorarlberg) we support you
within the framework of Program 50+ and develop the most suitable strategy
with you:

Analysis of your personal application situation

Positioning: strategy and self-marketing

Implementation Coaching: interviews, assessment centree

Vocational/career orientation: goal-setting, personality test,
achievement profile

Application campaign: networking, searching the market

Guidance during the first 100 days on the (new) job
In the context of personal coaching, participants
will be guided and supported in their job search for a maximum of six (6)
months. The individual coaching dates with personal consultants for New
Placement 50+ take place at our company headquarters in Dornbirn.
